Julgranen är klar. Christmas tree is ready.

Julgranen på Skeppsbron i Stockholm skall
monteras ner direkt efter Tjugondag Knut.
Sedan får den ligga på lager till nästa jul.Granen

är 38 meter hög och har 5000 lampor.Det är

inte en riktig gran utan en skulptur av en gran.

Men den har en riktig granstam och riktiga

grenar av gran. Grenarna byts ut varje år.

Granen restes första gången 1996.

The X-mas tree at the Stockholm water front

will be there until January the 13th when it´s

dismounted again and put in storage for the

next season. It´s 38 metres high but it´s not a

real spruce. It a sculpture of a real tree but the

stem and the branches are real spruce. The

branches are new for every season. The first

time the tree was raised was 1996. The X-mas

tree has 5000 lamps.
